It's time to press the "Arzimi" for our Arzimo

On Valentine's day, it's a family tradition to press the "Arzimi", the bunches of Garganega grapes, left to semi-dry from the end of September.

The must that will be obtained, begins its long path to become, after about two and a half years, ARZIMO Recioto di Soave docg.


It is undoubtedly a great job but we like doing it, help us keep these ancient and precious traditions alive!
