“With bread, salumi “soprèssa” and friends around the table, the dinner can start ” says the wise Venetian proverb . The Soprèssa salami is produced according to an ancient recipe, with pork meat, salt, pepper and, in the Verona version with garlic and Soave wine. It’s excellent with “polenta”, in val d’ Alpone it is usually served with typical ‘panbiscotto’.
