La Cappuccina is one of the most interesting realities in the Soave universe, and its Fontego is an excellent example of what ca be considered as the historical white wine of Italy. The mineral content of this wine prevails over the fruit of other Soave, and this gives a particular elegance. Its bouquet contains intense aromas of flowers but also evident hints of citrus (grapefruit) and an elegnat finish of hazelnuts. Its flavour is well-balanced and persistent. This wine is perfect for accompanyng appetizers and sea fish.
